It’s a stacked boxing weekend, and another weigh-in was held today, for the Amir Khan vs. Devon Alexander fight, which headlines a Showtime tripleheader. One thing’s for sure, we’ll know a lot more about the welterweight division after the top two fights. And it’ll be interesting to see where Abner Mares stands as well, in the midst of his comeback.
On the undercard, there’s a number of big-name fighters. The list includes Victor Ortiz, Errol Spence, Yoshihiro Kamegai and Beibut Shumenov, not to mention the Charlo twins, Jermell and Jermall. So there’s a lot to look forward to, and a couple of the fights including those fighters will be telecast first on Showtime Extreme.
