It’s a card full of heavyweight prospects at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tulsa this Saturday, and Jared Anderson heads the bill, taking on Andriy Rudenko over a scheduled ten rounds.

Top Rank promote Anderson vs Rudenko, with Sky Sports televising the card live in the UK, and ESPN do likewise in the USA.

Anderson (15-0, 14 KOs) is swiftly rising through the ranks, and the man from Ohio started his career with a spate of early wins.

In his last contest, he was forced to go the distance though, dropping former IBF champion Charles Martin in the third round, on the way to a wide win on the cards.

Ukraine’s Rudenko (35-6, 21 KOs) is vastly experienced, and has gone the distance with the likes of Hughie Fury, Alexander Povetkin and Zhilei Zhang all in defeat.

At 39-years-old, his best days are behind him, and he was stopped for the first time in 2021, and has only fought once since.

Prediction: This should be a good showcase fight for Anderson, before bigger challenges await, and ‘Big Baby’ should deal with the Ukrainian by around halfway.

Ajagba faces Kossobutskiy

On the undercard, Efe Ajagba (17-1, 13 KOs) continues his rebuild after being outpointed by Frank Sanchez in October 2021, and he should make it three wins on the spin in what could be a shootout against Zhan Kossobutskiy (19-0, 18 KOs).

Prediction: Ajagba can stop Kossobutskiy in their ten round heavyweight contest.

Remaining Undercard

The final ten rounder comes at super featherweight, where Filipino Charly Suarez (15-0, 9 KOs) can take a points win against Yohan Vasquez (25-3, 20 KOs).

In eight rounders, 2020 Olympic Gold medallist Bakhodir Jalolov (12-0, 12 KOs) is being moved slowly, and he can win early once more at heavyweight against Onoriode Ehwarieme (20-2, 19 KOs), who was halted by the aforementioned Kossobutskiy in four rounds in 2021.

Welterweight prospect Bruce Carrington (8-0, 5 KOs) can also win inside schedule against Angel Antonio Contreras (13-6-2, 7 KOs).

Another American heavyweight hope is Jeremiah Milton (10-0, 7 KOs), and he should stop Craig Lewis (15-6-1, 8 KOs) in decent fashion.

Kazakh welterweight Ablaikhan Zhussupov (3-0, 2 KOs) can negotiate the tricky Wiston Campos (33-11-6, 19 KOs) inside the distance.

In six round attractions, Nico Ali Walsh (8-0-1, 5 KOs) can outscore Sona Akale (7-1, 4 KOs) on the cards at middleweight, and Abdullah Mason (9-0, 8 KOs) can make it another early win in his welterweight encounter with Cesar Villarraga (10-7-1, 5 KOs).
