The WBC #8 and IBF #13 Decarie is a past world title challenger who is positioning himself for another world title shot.
Lebanese-born Montreal super featherweight Baha Laham (12-1-2, 5 KOs) battles southpaw Roody Pierre-Paul (8-1, 5 KOs) for vacant WBC Continental Americas title in the 10-round PPV co-feature.
