Babic, (3-0, 3 KOs) who is managed by Dillian Whyte has been sparring the Brixton man in Portugal ahead of Saturday’s night’s Matchroom Fight Camp finale, with victory for Whyte securing a shot at champion WBC champion Tyson Fury.
The big punching Croatian, nicknamed ‘The Savage’ has yet to go past three rounds and faces experienced American Winters (13-3, 12 KOs) over eight rounds in the gardens in Mascalls.
A former NABF titlist, the 39-year-old, Winters was stopped by former WBO world champion Joseph Parker inside five rounds in Texas in February.
