Mayweather is obviously the big favorite. However, if you think Maidana’s power and recent momentum can win him the bout, then there are many different potential opportunities and favorable odds you can jump on here.
Another potentially intriguing option is Mayweather at +850 for scoring a stoppage.
Khan vs. Collazo Betting Odds
- Amir Khan: – 250
- Luis Collazo: +195
The odds for this one are much different than they would have been a year or two ago, with Khan’s recent struggles and inactivity, and Collazo’s recent win over Ortiz. Still, Khan is a classy boxer and is going up against a guy who doesn’t have the one-punch power to really scare him off, despite that quick KO of Victor Ortiz.
Khan has a lot to prove in this one, and you should expect him to look good, although Collazo will have his moments. He’s a difficult match-up with his reach, and the southpaw stance.
More Fights:
- Adrien Broner: -2500
- Carlos Molina: +1000
The odds tell you everything you need to know about this one. Unless Broner is entirely unfocused and out of shape, or permanently wrecked from the Maidana fight, he’ll win this one without issue.
- J’Leon Love: -135
- Marco Antonio Periban: +105
This depends upon how highly you rate J’Leon Love. While some peg him as a potential superstar, others have seen him not perform at the best level in his biggest fights thus far. This is a big opportunity for each man, and Periban is a tough, underrated guy. If Love is at his best though, he has more than enough skill to win this fight.
