HBO Sports presents the replay of the highly anticipated middleweight title fight between Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. and Sergio Martinez this Saturday, September 22 at 9:30 p.m. on HBO. The HBO Sports team, which was ringside for the live coverage at the Thomas & Mack Arena in Las Vegas, calls all the action, available in HDTV.
If you didn’t get the PPV, this is a great chance to see the Chavez Jr. vs. Martinez fight in its entirety. For 11 full rounds, it was basically complete domination by Maravilla. Then Chavez nearly scored what would have been one of the most dramatic knockouts in boxing history, hurting and knocking down Martinez in the 12th, but not quite finishing him off. It made for a great and redeeming end to the fight for Chavez Jr., who had been outclassed before that.

Chavez Jr. and Martinez had been on a collision course in the 160-pound division. Carried live on HBO Pay-Per-View®, their 12-round Sept. 15 slugfest delivered a closing round that electrified the capacity crowd in Las Vegas, with Martinez winning by unanimous decision.
