The Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. vs. Sergio Martinez press tour continued on Wednesday, as Chavez, Martinez and their teams headed to the Wynn in Las Vegas, Nevada. One interesting aspect of the press tour thus far has been the involvement of Julio Cesar Chavez Sr., the legend himself. JCC has had plenty to say about his son, and in Mexican pride, with comments like Martinez has been knocked out by a Mexican fighter before, why not again. Maravilla hasn’t let slights like that go unanswered, saying that Sr. won’t be able to recognize his son after the fight because of the beating he’s going to put on him. Good stuff, for sure.
