Derek Chisora is adamant that Oleksandr Usyk will beat Tyson Fury for a second time when they clash on December 21 in Saudi Arabia.

Usyk edged Fury by split decision to win the undisputed heavyweight championship on May 18, also in Saudi Arabia.

Chisora, who has faced both men, including Fury on three occasions, is convinced the Ukrainian will repeat the feat when they meet later this year.

“Yes, 100% [Usyk will win again],” Chisora said on talkSPORT.

“I’m that confident.

“Remember this time he’s got the tape of him and Fury fighting, so he understands now.

“He’s going to do it again.”

Fury will not get the opportunity to claim the undisputed crown, after Usyk relinquished the IBF belt and Daniel Dubois was then elevated from interim titlist to full champion.

The pair were both ringside at Wembley Stadium on Saturday and even took a photo together, as they witnessed Dubois retain his IBF belt with a devastating fifth round stoppage over Anthony Joshua in front of over 98,000 spectators.

Usyk dropped ‘The Gypsy King’ in the ninth round, before settling for a points victory, although Chisora insists he would not be shocked if ‘The Cat’ wins inside the distance this time around.

“This time I wouldn’t be surprised if he stops Tyson,” the 40-year-old added.

“Remember when he gets in the ring he’s not fighting to buy a Lamborghini down the road.

“No, he’s fighting for Ukrainians, do you understand?

“It’s difficult to beat a guy like that.”

Chisora is yet to announce his next move after coming off arguably a career-best victory over Joe Joyce in July.

‘War’, a veteran of 48 professional bouts, has confirmed that he will have two more fights before calling time on near two-decade stint.

The Finchley man has been linked to a trilogy clash with Dillian Whyte having shared two frantic battles in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
