Chris Eubank Jr has been handed another huge fine after missing weight for Saturday’s middleweight grudge fight against Conor Benn.
Benn, making 160lbs for the first time came in at 156.4lbs, while Eubank Jr initially weighed in at 160.2lbs at Friday’s official weigh in, over the middleweight limit.
The Brighton man then weighed in at 160.05lbs at his second attempt, still overweight and will subsequently be fined.
The 35-year-old is set to receive a $500,000 (£375,000) fine for missing weight and will face further penalties should he come in over the 170lb limit on Saturday morning.
Eubank Jr has already been fined £100,000 for slapping his rival with an egg at the launch press conference to promote their fight in February and they were kept well apart at their head-to-head following Thursday’s final press conference.

Rumours were swirling on Thursday over Eubank Jr’s weight cut, but he appeared to have no concerns.
“Weight? What’s weight?” he said.
“Everyone’s always talking about this weight thing.
“Yes the weight is painful.
“I’m in pain right now.
“I’ll be in even more pain tonight and tomorrow morning.”
The pair will finally settle a grudge dating back to October 2022 when they were first supposed to have fought.
Benn tested positive for the banned substance Clomiphene in two drug tests and the bout was shelved on fight week.
The 28-year-old was cleared by the National Anti-Doping Panel in November 2024 and according to his promoter Eddie Hearn, he has been granted a British licence, having relinquished it after his failed drug tests.
Eubank Jr and Benn will meet at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium almost 35 years on from when their fathers fought in the first of two memorable battles.

Benn’s father, Nigel has been a regular figure throughout the build-up, while Eubank Jr’s father, Chris Sr has been a vocal critic of the bout and labelled his son a “disgrace” for slapping Benn.
The pair have a two-way rematch clause, so there is every chance this won’t be the last instalment of their rivalry.
