Zak Chelli speaks to proboxing-fans.com fresh from his Boxxer victory where he claimed the golden robe defeating two men on the same evening.
The first challenge of the evening came in the form of Vladimir Georgiev, who entered the bout undefeated in four fights, managed to withstand the Chelli barrage for the three rounds losing on points.
Progressing to the final was Chelli and Mike McGoldrick, another man who held a perfect record after seven fights, Chelli had the advantage of having a longer break between fights.
McGoldrick also stepped into the final after a toe-to-toe war against Harry Woods, once more playing into Zak’s hands.
Finally in the second round a combination of Chelli’s power, relentlessness and McGoldrick’s exhaustion led to a TKO victory for the 22-year-old from Fulham.
