To accommodate the high demand for the sold-out April 15 LA Fight Club show featuring a sure-fire ‘Fight of The Year’ candidate throwdown between Jesus “Renuente” Soto Karass (28-10-3, 18 KOs) and Yoshihiro “El Maestrito” Kamegai (26-3-1, 23 KOs), an additional ballroom viewing section will open at the Belasco Theater for the first time in LA Fight Club history.
Fans will be able to enjoy the festive fight atmosphere from the upstairs ballroom lounge, complete with live fight commentary, DJ, food, full bar and bottle service. Tickets for Ballroom viewing are just $10 for this Friday’s show and are available for purchase at www.goldenboypromotions.com.
Televised live on Boxeo Estelar on Estrella TV, the night will also feature cruiserweight colossus Vyacheslav “Lion Heart-Chigonsky” Shabranskyy (15-0, 12 KOs) of Los Angeles in the eight-round co-main event against veteran Derrick “Superman” Findley (23-18-1, 15 KOs) of Chicago. In the television opener, Genaro “El Conde” Gamez of San Diego will debut as a professional and as a Golden Boy fighter against Archie Weah of Norcross, Ga. in a four-round super featherweight bout.
In the undercard streamed live on Ring TV, Niko “Baby Face” Valdes of South Beach, Fla. will also make his professional debut in a four-round super middleweight clash against Roberto Ramirez of Navojoa, Mexico.East Los Angeles’ undefeated super lightweight prospect Jonathan “Thunder” Navarro (4-0, 3 KOs) will return to LA FIGHT CLUB in a scheduled six-round super lightweight battle against Los Angeles native Ryan Picou (2-8-1). Opening up the night, Jousce Gonzalez of Glendora, Calif. will make his own professional debut in a four-round lightweight showdown against El Paso, Texas’ Noe Perez (1-1).
