Some of boxing’s top young talent will be featured on the Thursday, August 26 edition of the hit series “Fight Night Club,” when Golden Boy Promotions and AEG bring a night of explosive boxing action featuring Ronny Rios from L.A. LIVE’s Club Nokia.
In the evening’s main event, Santa Ana’s Ronny Rios (11-0, 5 KO’s) battles the Dominican Republic’s Leivi Brea (17-8-3, 9 KO’s) in a six-round junior lightweight bout, while in a six round co-featured bout, San Diego junior welterweight Antonio Orozco (7-0, 5 KO’s) will face Culiacan, Mexico’s Humberto Tapia (15-14-1, 8 KO’s).
Also in action at “Fight Night Club” this month will be debuting Santa Ana welterweight Salvador Rios, the brother of Ronny Rios, doing battle with Stephen Rubalcava (0-1) of Exetan, California in a four round contest. Also looking to shine on the card will be Ghana’s undefeated 2008 Olympian Bastie Samir (3-0, 3 KO’s) who will appear in a four round middleweight contest against an opponent to be determined.
Opening up the night of boxing will be two local amateur fights featuring Sergio Nunez of Maywood against Joaquin Chavez of Commerce and Devo Donaldson of Hollywood facing Osman Rivera of Pasadena.

LIVE’s Club Nokia on September 30, October 28 and November 18. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. PT and the first bell rings at 7:00 p.m. PT.
