Golden Boy Promotions travels to the fight capital of the world, Las Vegas, to promote its debut event at the city’s most dynamic luxury resort, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The world-class professional boxing event will take place on the eve of the Super Bowl, Saturday, February 2, with a tripleheader featuring a host of rising stars looking to make an immediate impact in their first bouts of 2013.
Headlining the card in a 10-round welterweight bout will be unbeaten power puncher Frankie “Pitbull” Gomez against his stiffest test yet in Houston’s Lanard Lane. Plus, Mayweather Promotions’ undefeated junior welterweight prospect Mickey Bey Jr. and 2012 United States Olympian Joseph “Jo Jo” Diaz Jr. kick off 2013 in separate televised matchups.
