Mikkel Kessler has defeated Carl Froch via unanimous decision to reclaim the WBC super middleweight title. Kessler defeated Froch via scores of 117-111, 115-113 and 116-112. It marked a clear victory for Kessler, who has now jumped right back into the mix for the Super Six and has put his career back on the right track. The fight was apparently up in the air for the last few rounds, but Kessler gritted it out and won the fight, despite a cut he suffered at the end of the bout.
