The July 9th Atlantic City card televised on HBO was headlined by the now-controversial Paul Williams vs. Erislandy Lara bout. The televised co-feature was Rico Ramos vs. Akifumi Shimoda, but the rest of the undercard was loaded with several big names and plenty of interesting action as well. Jhonny Gonzalez was there to make another title defense, and Chris Arreola was staying busy and trying to stay in good shape, too.
