Tyson Fury has labelled both Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois as “very limited” in comparison to him, ahead of his rematch with Oleksandr Usyk.
Fury, who was ringside to see Dubois stop Joshua in five rounds at Wembley Stadium in September, is gearing up to face Usyk for a second time on December 21 in Riyadh, seven months after suffering a first professional defeat by split decision for the undisputed heavyweight championship.
‘The Gypsy King’ insists he will box in a similar fashion when he faces the Ukrainian for the unified heavyweight titles as well as meeting his rival in the middle, which he feels both Joshua and Dubois were unable to do when they faced him.
“What can you expect from me?” Fury said during a face-to-face sit down with Usyk on TNT Sports.
“Pretty much the same from what I did before.
“Good boxing.
“Someone of my size and heaviness, it’s not normal that I should be able to box and move and slip, so why would I take that away from my game.
“People say to me, walk forward on Usyk, walk him down and hit him, but if it was so easy to do that why didn’t Joshua do it, who’s a big strong man?
“Why didn’t Dubois do it?
“Those men are limited compared to me, very limited.”
Usyk, 37, twice beat ‘AJ’ on points and stopped Dubois, whilst Fury became the fifth Brit to fall victim to him.
The Manchester man believes his showboating cost him during his first outing and has vowed to maintain concentration when he clashes with Usyk, three weeks on Saturday.
“I am a side on boxer,” the 36-year-old added.

“Slipping, sliding, uppercutting, hooking.
“So I’m going to do that, but more focus.
“Little bit more focused on my job and then I think that’s my way to victory.”
