While Floyd Mayweather and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez were holding court for their final pre-fight press conference on Wednesday, the undercard fighters were gathered up in the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, to conduct a public and media workout session.

The Cano vs. Theophane fight opens up The One pay-per-view, and well, it’s not a fight that has drawn much interest. But then we get a title fight in the form of Ishe Smith vs. Carlos Molina, and while stylistically that might not be a great bout to watch, it’s an intriguing contest.
After that we get what may indeed be the fight of the night with Swift vs. The Machine. Both of theses seem to be supremely conditioned and confident, and it’s going to be an excellent battle, and an important one for the sport.
