2016 is already looking to be a big year for GH3 Promotions. Just days into the new year, the company already has put the wheels in motion for some high profile, nationally televised events that will showcase it’s world class talent.
On February 19 on ShoBox: The New Generation, 4 members of the promotional outfit will be showcased as undefeated and world-ranked Super Bantamweight, Adam Lopez will headline a card that will also feature exciting Super Middleweight Jerry Odom, undefeated Welterweight Keenan Smith and Lightweight O’Shaquie Foster.
Just weeks after that ShoBox event, it will be the long awaited Showtime Championship Boxing debut of undefeated Middleweight contender Antoine Douglas. Douglas is currently ranked number-4 by the WBO, number-7 by the WBA and number-14 by the IBF.
GH3 Promotions is also lining up fights for former world title challenger John Thompson.
The company is also excited about the signing of Welterweight Hector Frometa, and 2016 will be a developmental year for the former Cuban amateur star.
“This is the year that we have worked five years for,” said GH3 Promotions president Vito Mielnicki.
“We are starting off with Adam Lopez headlining a great ShoBox card and then we will have Antoine Douglas in a major step-up bout on Championship Boxing. There has been a lot of hard work put in by me and people like Kay Koroma and Dennis Porter that have helped the development of all these fighters and they are all on the cusp of great things.”
