Hannah Rankin believes Savannah Marshall has not faced anyone as a professional and has vowed to stop her rival in their WBO Middleweight world title clash on Saturday.
Former IBO champion, Rankin and Marshall clash for the belt vacated by three-weight world champion Claressa Shields, who could await the winner and would be a rematch for Rankin.
In an exclusive interview with proboxing-fans.com, Rankin explained why she believes her experience in the pro ranks will prove pivotal, her backing from Shields and insists the fight will not go the distance.
The Scot also reflected on the thrilling Matchroom Fight camp efforts of Terri Harper and Natasha Jonas and the support promoter Eddie Hearn has invested into women’s boxing.
