Zab Gets Surprise Bday Dinner
Zab Judah was surprised by his family, team members and Main Events staff with a dinner to celebrate his 33rd birthday. On weight for two weeks, Zab was content after blowing out his candles, to watch everyone eat his cake. Super Judah Promotions VP, Bill Halkias, said training had gone exceptionally well that day, “As a matter of fact we were a little late for the party because Zab felt so strong he wanted to run an extra mile!”
It’s less than a week away from Zab’s first real test since his return to the junior welterweight division and an active fighting schedule. Catch him this Saturday evening on HBO when he takes on the undefeated and hard-hitting Lucas Matthysse, with a title shot awaiting the winner in the near future.
