HBO Boxing released their official video preview and promo for their upcoming March 5th card in Washington, D.C., at the DC Armory.
The card is headlined by unbeaten heavyweight Luis Ortiz taking on locally based veteran Tony Thompson, a multiple-time title challenger. Ortiz has been causing havoc in the division, and is fresh off his huge stoppage win over Bryant Jennings in what was a major step up fight for him.
Opening up the televised action on HBO will be a welterweight showdown. Undefeated Sadam Ali looks to prove his class by taking on Jessie Vargas, who’s coming off a defeat to Timothy Bradley.
