HBO and Showtime both revealed their Sports Emmys nominations yesterday. Here’s a look at their competing lists.
HBO received 12 nominations; two related to boxing programming:
- OUTSTANDING CAMERA WORK – 24/7 COTTO/MARTINEZ
- OUTSTANDING LIVE EVENT/ AUDIO / SOUND – HBO BOXING
Showtime Sports received nine Sports Emmy Award nominations, including three for boxing programming, all for the All Access series.
- Outstanding Edited Sports Event Coverage — ALL ACCESS: Epilogue: Mayweather vs. Canelo
- Outstanding Sports Documentary Series – ALL ACCESS
- Outstanding Long Form Editing – ALL ACCESS: Epilogue: Mayweather vs. Maidana II
