Going into their Edmonton fight on Friday night October 7th at the Shaw Conference Center, Jordan Clarke had a master plan to defeat unbeaten Janks Trotter. Simply put, Plan A didn’t work. Clarke was knocked out in first round and the defeat dropped his record to 4-2-1. In victory, Trotter exhibited a powerful penetrating left jab and a sling shot right hand.
Few, if any, current light middleweight can match his power which is a by product of his superb conditioning and extraordinary work ethic. In his brief encounter with Clarke, Trotter showed the skills and competitive edge that could make him a contender.
When he isn’t sweating in the gym, the 27 year old former BMX Bike Racer finds time to hold down a full time job as a construction worker.
Trotter, 6-0-1-6 knockouts will head to Calgary AB on November 4 where he fight at the Chinese Cultural Center in a show produced and promoted by Fan Base Promotions. His opponent will be announced next week and rumors suggest that he will be facing his most stern test.
