On Saturday night, June 29th, New Legend Boxing, Old World Boxing and W.O.N Promotions will present another action packed night of professional boxing dubbed “International Fight Night“ at Resorts World Casino New York City.
In the main event, Popular Light-Heavyweight Joe Smith Jr. of Shirley, Long Island, will compete in an eight round bout. Smith 12-1, is an exciting knockout artist with eleven of his wins coming early. This will be Smith’s third consecutive appearance at Resorts World Casino New York City.
Appearing in six round bouts will be: Featherweight Rafael Vazquez (8-1, 6 KO’s) of Lindenwood, NY; Jr. Welterweight Dean Burrell (7-1, 6 KO’s) of Brooklyn, NY; and WIBA Featherweight Champion Amanda Serrano (17-1-1, 12 KO’s) of Brooklyn, NY.
In four round bouts: Super Bantamweight Ryan Ramayya (1-0-1, 1 KO) of Jamaica, Queens, NY; Super Featherweight Bryant Cruz (4-0, 4 KO’s) of Port Chester, NY; Heavyweight Adam Kownacki (5-0, 5 KO’s) of Brooklyn, NY; Cruiserweight Jay Rodriguez (0-0-1) of Queens, NY; Middleweight Shawn Cameron (5-0, 3 KO’s) of Brooklyn, NY; Jr. Middleweight Patrick Day (3-0, 2 KO’s) of New York and rounding out the card will be pro debuting Jr. Middleweight Gary Beriguette of Brooklyn, NY.
The evening will afford an opportunity to up and coming athletes from the local community to showcase their skills in the ring. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. with the first bout scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
