An all-female card takes place at the iconic Royal Albert Hall this Friday evening, and in the headliner, an eagerly-anticipated unification clash sees WBC and IBF super welterweight champion Natasha Jonas meet WBA and IBO queen Lauren Price.

Boxxer promote Jonas vs Price, and Sky Sports televise live in the UK.

After suffering heartbreak and setbacks in world title tilts, former Olympian Jonas (16-2-1, 9 KOs) finally captured an elusive world crown in February 2022, winning the vacant WBO super welterweight title with a second round stoppage of Chris Namus.

After adding the WBC and IBF belts, Jonas then dropped down to welterweight to take the vacant IBF title by halting Kandi Wyatt in eight, and after taking a tight and contentious split decision over Mikaela Mayer, the Liverpudlian went back up in weight in her last bout, defending her WBC and IBF 154 pound titles by widely outscoring Ivana Habazin in her home town last December.

Olympic Gold medallist Price (8-0, 2 KOs) is yet to lose a round as a professional, and the Welshwoman’s crowning glory came in May last year, where she dazzled against the established Jessica McCaskill, dominating the American before taking a technical decision win after nine rounds.

In setting up the Jonas match, Price kept her side of the bargain with a third round stoppage of the overmatched Bexcy Mateus.

Prediction: This could be a real close affair, and Price will definitely be tested by Jonas here in my opinion. Jonas will apply early pressure, but Price is a slick operator, and I favour her freshness to secure a close points win.

The talented Caroline Dubois (10-0-1, 5 KOs) also appears here, and she makes a second defence of her WBC lightweight title against South Korea’s Bo Mi Re Shin (18-2-3, 10 KOs).

After serving as IBO champion, Dubois won the interim WBC title in August last year with a dominant points win over Maira Moneo, and was then upgraded to full champion. Her first defence was a non-event though, as she dropped Jessica Camara in the opening round, but the Canadian was then ruled out with a cut before four rounds, and the fight was declared a technical draw.

Shin has won three in a row since dropping a split decision to Delfine Persoon in May 2023, all against low-level opposition. Her last win came in December 2024, as she clearly outpointed Ntomboqala Tolashe in Seoul over ten rounds.

Prediction: Dubois is hard-hitting, and seems to improve her power with every fight. I think she can halt Shin around the halfway mark in this one.

The undercard features a clash that could have world title implications, and I favour Kariss Artingstall (6-0, 1 KOs) to take a points win over Raven Chapman (9-1, 2 KOs), who lost clearly on the scorecards in a WBC world title tilt against Skye Nicholson in her last assignment last October.

There’s a debut for 2024 Olympic Bronze medallist Cindy Ngamba, and she should start off with a win on the cards over eight rounds at middleweight against Kirstie Bavington (9-5-2, 2 KOs).

Chloe Watson (8-0, 0 KOs) defends her European flyweight title for the first time, and she can win over the distance against Wakefield based Pole, Jasmina Zapotoczna (8-1, 0 KOs), who upset Maisie-Rose Courtney in her last outing.

Fran Hennessey (5-0, 1 KO) gets a run-out, and the super bantamweight can be a points winner over eight rounds against Bolivia’s Carla Camila Campos Gonzales (7-3, 6 KOs).
