In what promises to be an electrifying fight, world title challengers Juan Carlos Burgos and Daulis Prescott will square off in a 12-round bout for the WBO Intercontinental Jr. Lightweight title on Friday, July 26, at the Thunder Valley Casino Resort in Sacramento.
Burgos, who sports a record of 30-1-1 (20 KOs), recently stopped by the ESPN studios in Los Angeles to tape a segment for A Los Golpes, a weekly primetime boxing news and analysis show airing on ESPN Deportes.

Juan Carlos Burgos, middle, talks about his upcoming title fight with Daulis Prescott. The 26-year-old Burgos last faught on January 19, 2013. He battled WBO Jr. Lightweight champion Roman Martinez to a draw, although most ringside observers believed Burgos deserved to walk out of Madison Square Garden with the title.
