The Wladimir Klitschko vs. David Haye press conference was held yesterday from Germany. As you might expect, there were plenty of interesting things said, and plenty of action. Below take a look at some of the highlights from the Klitschko Haye presser, including a collection of photos, several video clips including the staredown and some statements, and more.

Klitschko-Haye Staredown
The staredown between the two combatants lasted for several tense minutes. Klitschko took out a sharpie and wrote 50 on his hand, and pointed it like a gun at Haye’s face. 50 signifying of course his 50th knockout win, which he is aiming to get this weekend.
You can check out another video here, it’s a 5 minute interview with Wladimir. Klitschko talks about how disrespectful Haye was being at the press conference, saying he wanted to hurt Klitschko and put him in the hospital. Klitschko said he hopes to win and knock him out but that he hopes he’s fine after the fight, and that boxing is too serious of a sport to say things like that. Klitschko was also upset that Haye acts like a diva, came late to the press conference and didn’t want to shake his hand.
He wants to give him a “reality rehabilitation”, and he’s worried about Haye being too pumped up too early because he won’t be ready to go on fight night. He says he will knock him out back into reality and that he’ll be better for it for the rest of his life. Some mixed trash-talking results from Klitschko the Younger, but not all bad.
Vitali Klitschko was also present, and he got into a heated exchange with Haye as well. He stood up and said after the fight we don’t want any excuses, you better come to the post-fight press conference, while pointing his finger at Haye. Haye responded in kind and said I’ll be there, and you better be there.
