We have a handful of new videos for you for the Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez fight. First, we have their two latest installments of the popular HBO Boxing Fight Speak series, where the fighters and the trainers talk about some of their moments in the ring. In the Manny Pacquiao Fight Speak video, Pacquiao and Roach talk about the pressure that’s on him to win these fights for the Philippines, and to not disappoint all of his countrymen. Pacquiao talks about giving Marquez the benefit of the doubt to make this third fight, but how he plans on removing all of that doubt from Marquez and the fans with his performance. Roach says he wants Pacquiao to get the knockout, repeating what he’s been saying throughout the build-up to the fight.
In Marquez’s Fight Speak video, he talks about the two previous encounters and what he was thinking about and doing at some of those crucial moments, such as that crazy first round from their first encounter. Nacho Beristain also talks and shares some thoughts on those moments. Marquez compares their fights to some epic encounters in other sports over the years, like Michael Jordan and the Bulls versus Magic Johnson and the Lakers. Beristain thinks that Pacquiao might be distracted, and Marquez will be there to take advantage.
