Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KOs) and Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios (31-1-1, 22 KOs), visited ESPN’s Bristol, Conn. headquarters today, appearing on various platforms including First Take. Right here, you can view a photo gallery of Pacquiao and Rios at ESPN, as they prepare to begin training camp for their upcoming fall clash, in which each man will have the opportunity to shine on boxing’s biggest stage.
It’s cool to see fighters getting some attention from ESPN, which has been happening more these days thanks largely to programming agreements between ESPN and HBO.
Of course, that said, “First Take” is the absolute dregs of sports television, and the talking heads over there don’t know anything about the sport besides the latest bold-faced headline, and if they did, you wouldn’t care to hear it from them because they’re too abrasive either way. But I digress… enjoy the content from Pacquiao’s & Rios’ visit to ESPN!
Rios and Pacquiao will meet in a 12-round welterweight bout, Saturday, Nov. 23, at The VenetianMacao’s Cotai Arena, in Macau, China. The fight will be available on HBO Pay-Per-View.
