Timothy “Desert Storm” Bradley and two-time Mexican Olympian and undefeated featherweight knockout artist Oscar Valdez (15-0, 14 KOs), of Nogales, Mexico held a joint media day on Thursday, as they each prep for their upcoming fights. Bradley looks to be in phenomenal shape as always, which is no surprise. He’s ready to provide Vargas with a tough lesson of what it takes to truly be at the top of the sport. As for Valdez, the young prospect is still looking to make his mark and will be seeking a statement type of win on this card.
Bradley takes on undefeated Jessie Vargas in the main event on Saturday, June 27, at StubHub Center in Carson, Ca. while Vargas battles Ruben “Canelito” Tamayo in a 10-round feature fight.
