Daniel Ponce de Leon is back in action, taking on Omar Estrella this weekend. It’s a major step up for Estrella, and a chance for Ponce to show where he’s at in this stage of his career. Also on the card are Golden boy prospects Leo Santa Cruz, and Marco Antonio Periban. De Leon vs. Estrella is a 12-round fight for the vacant WBC USNBC Featherweight title and is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and Box Latino and sponsored by Corona. The Televisa broadcast will air on Canal 5 and begins at 10:30 p.m. CT. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. PT and the first fight begins at 5:30 p.m. PT.
