After recording another knockout victory this weekend, Boxing 360’s undefeated lightweight sensation, Joel Diaz Jr. (11-0, 10 KOs), looks to the future with big dreams. With an incredible knockout percentage, many boxing enthusiast and networks are seeking the services of Diaz, and want to see him back in the ring soon.
“Joel is a monster in the ring,” said Boxing 360 promoter Mario Yagobi, who promotes the Southern California fighter.
“He’s getting the best possible training up in Big Bear with his trainer Abel Sanchez. The sparring at “The Summit” is second to none because everyone there is in the best shape. Joel is sparring with top level guys and he’s holding his own. With that being said his confidence is though the roof. I can honestly say he’ll be ready for a world title sometime in 2013″
“I’ve feel I’m coming into a zone every time I step into the ring,” Diaz said. “Abel and I have been working on my boxing skills and the end result has been great knockouts. I’m not going into any fight looking for a knockout, but they are coming to me naturally. I feel I’ll be ready for anyone in the top 10 by 2013.”
Sanchez, who’s worked with many world champions, is the owner of “The Summit Boxing Gym” in Big Bear, a gym known for having the best fighters come train there. He went on to say, “Joel is a special talent. He’s always working hard to get better and his work ethic is incredible. I see nothing but great things for this kid, if he can stay disciplined.”
