Floyd Mayweather played host to the 9th annual Watson Charity Basketball Game, and he invited plenty of his athlete and celebrity friends along for the ride. It was a huge event with a great turnout, and everyone was there to support a great cause.

Other fighters involved included Danny Garcia, Shane Mosley, Austin Trout and Peter Quillin, and other luminaries from the Golden Boy stable, as well as a variety of notable celebrities, such as actor Jamie Foxx was on hand, rapper The Game, Cedric the Entertainer, Gilbert Arenas, and on down the line from there.

It looks like everyone had a great time at the event, and that it was a success, both in terms of raising financial support and awareness. Mayweather is criticized, and rightly so in many cases, for his extravagance and over the top lifestyle, and the way he spends and gambles his money. But he has always remained committed to a variety of charitable causes, and he cares about giving back to the community.
