We have the latest installment of the Hey Harold series with Harold Lederman, as this time, the unofficial judge of HBO Boxing takes a look at the upcoming clash between Timothy Bradley and Jessie Vargas.
He says that Bradley has great skills, and of course more experience, but also more power than Vargas. As for Vargas, coming up from 140 lbs, he has quick hands a good jab. If he’s going to win, it’s going to be by decision
I think it’s clear he likes Bradley in the fight, and that certainly seems to be the perspective of most fans and spectators heading into the match.
Also, we have a collection of photos as Jessie Vargas and two-time Mexican Olympian and undefeated featherweight knockout artist Oscar Valdez of Mexico made a special guest appearance, Monday on the “ESPN Deportes – A Los Golpes” show with hosts Julio Cesar Chavez Sr. , Bernardo Osuna and David Faitelson at the ESPN studios in downtown Los Angeles.
Valdez takes on Ruben Tamayo in a 10-round feature fight. The fights take place this Saturday, June 27, at StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. and this event is televised live on HBO World Championship Boxing, beginning at 9:45 p.m. ET/PT.
