Keith Thurman has the nickname “One Time” — and it’s well deserved. Thurman says his power has been exceptional since a young age, but he didn’t understand it until he was 13 or 14 years old. At that point, he was knocking out grown men.
Now, he’s all about living up to that reputation. He wants to deliver exciting fights, and remain known as a fighter who can end a fight at any time. Here, you’ll watch some quick video highlights of Thurman, as well as hear some of his thoughts on other fighters in and around his division.
As far as Marcos Maidana and Robert Guerrero go, here’s what Thurman thinks:
“I’ve been decked by Maidana… I’ve been ducked by the Ghost, Guerrero… I’m coming to take everybody out.”
And as for a fight with Floyd Mayweather? Thurman says he thinks Mayweather is getting old, and he’d love his chance.
Enjoy the Thurman highlights video and promo clip, and tune into Showtime to see him in action on Saturday, December 13th, against the unbeaten Leonard Bundu.
