This afternoon, Andre Ward and Carl Froch took part in a media roundtable style sit down session at the media center in Caesars Atlantic City. Attending Thursday’s roundtable were Ward, Froch, Ward promoter Dan Goossen, Froch promoter Eddie Hearn, Ward trainer Virgil Hunter and Froch trainer Rob McCracken. Besides the weigh-in, this was the last time for everybody to be in the same place at the same time before Saturday night’s fight, and everyone had plenty to say and tensions were high with the Super Six Tournament championship bout just 48 hours away.

WBA Champ Andre Ward’s dominating victory over Arthur Abraham on May 14 will air at 10 p.m., followed by Carl Froch’s exciting victory over Glen Johnson on June 4 at 11.
Anticipation is certainly building for the finale of the two-year Super Six Tournament come Saturday night.
